The exact scope of each service is described on the relevant sales page and confirmed in writing at the time of purchase. In the event of any discrepancy, the written confirmation at point of sale takes precedence.
All payments are processed securely through WarriorPlus. By completing a purchase, you agree to WarriorPlus's terms and conditions in addition to these terms. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Where a split payment option is offered, you agree to each instalment on the dates specified. Failure to complete split payments may result in suspension of service delivery until outstanding amounts are settled.
Due to the bespoke, done-for-you nature of our services, we operate a limited refund policy:
Monthly subscription (Publishing Club): You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Books already delivered remain yours in full.

You own everything we produce for you. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the manuscripts, covers, pages and other deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you entirely.

Your Publishing Empire retains no ownership, licence or claim over deliverables once full payment has been received. We may reference the general nature of our services (without identifying your content or pen name) for marketing purposes unless you ask us not to.
Our website content, brand assets, training materials and methodology remain the intellectual property of Your Publishing Empire and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We are not responsible for delays or shortfalls caused by failure to provide required information or approvals on time.
Important: Publishing income depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, pricing decisions and the number of books published. We make no guarantee of specific royalty earnings, sales volumes or income levels.
Any income figures or examples referenced in our marketing materials are illustrative only and reflect the experiences of specific individuals. They are not typical results and should not be relied upon as a prediction of your own earnings.
Our commitment is to deliver the agreed deliverables to a professional standard. What you do with those deliverables and the results you achieve are your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your Publishing Empire shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Your Publishing Empire is established. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
